Frances A. Brimson, of 18, Maynard Terrace, Clutton, made application to Radstock magistrates on
Monday to vary an order made at Radstock on July 15 last against her husband Stanley W. Brimson, of Sunnyside, Lower Peasedown.

Mr. S. E. Naish (Hillier, Naish and Co., Bath) appeared for the wife, and pointed out that the original order was for 15/- per week. He asked for an order upon the ground that the defendant's wages now
greater than was stated when the order was made. The wife said was not prepared to go to her
